Divorce
Anne E. Raduns fully understand the legal and emotional ramifications of a divorce. She will aggressively negotiate an appropriate resolution while putting clients at ease and protecting the best interests of the children during this emotional time. If court is required, she will represent her client’s interests with zealousness and competency.
Divorce, also known as dissolution of marriage, addresses a wide range of issues, including shared or sole parental responsibility, parenting plan (previously known as custody), child support, parenting time (previously known as visitation, relocation or residency out of state, alimony and equitable distribution of property, including real estate.
No two divorces are alike. Through extensive one-on-one contact with our clients, we are able to create a plan for achieving individual client goals. We work with men and women at all stages of a divorce or family law matter, from the initial filing through mediation or collaborative law efforts to requests for modification or enforcement of existing divorce judgments. We can also help you register or domesticate final judgments from states other than Florida.
We handle all matters related to or arising out of divorce, including parenting time, child support, spousal support or alimony, and the equitable distribution of the debts and assets of the marriage.
Ms. Raduns has extensive courtroom experience handling hearings and trials from start to finish. We also are skilled in mediation of divorce cases. If your case can settle outside of the courtroom, she will assist you in that process.
Our experience is broad. We can handle every divorce, from the simplest filing, to one involving intricate asset division. We work with clients in determining the value of their assets and extent of their liabilities and in assessing the tax implications of major divorce-related decisions.
We are aggressive advocates for each client’s rights and will negotiate and litigate in court to ensure those rights are protected. Ms. Raduns will not take a case to court that can be settled between the parties.
Whether you require a fairly simple, straightforward divorce or one that involves complex asset or debt division, you can count on Anne E. Raduns to be with you every step of the way.
